Sometimes, one of the best ways to get out of a rut, is to change something. There are lots of things you can change to make this difference, and sometimes it is what is needed.

One of my favourite things to do when I feel like I need a change is move some furniture around. It sounds really weird, but even moving one thing, or swapping two things, can make a massive difference. Recently I swapped two pieces of furniture in my bedroom, changing the space, and it completely reinvigorated my working space, meaning I am now being more productive thanks to this change.

It may not be moving furniture for everyone, it might be changing up your daily schedule, doing things in a different order, it might be starting something new, that’s totally different to everything you’ve done before, but change can be an amazing thing. Maybe it might just be being spontaneous, breaking the routine. But if you ever feel like every day is the same, change something, because you never know, it could change everything.

Flip the script, do something out of the ordinary.
