This is not going to be a long post, today I just wanted to talk about the importance of having fun.
If you can spend even 15 minutes a day doing something for fun, where you could pause half way through and think to yourself, “this is really fun”, you’re doing something very right. We need to make time for fun, in whatever form it comes.
Today I ordered something that I know will bring me fun, and I am so excited for it to arrive. Since coming back from uni I have lacked the ability to do something I really enjoy doing, and that’s playing video games. I love losing myself in the worlds they create, and in the not too distant future, I should be able to throw myself back into that. It’s not for everyone, but I always enjoy myself when I am gaming.
So find something that you find fun, and make time for it, because if it is something that can make you smile just once, it’s helping.
